General Questions
Do you have insurance?
I certainly do! Public Liability Insurance, Car Insurance for business use, Contents Insurance, the list goes on. You’re in safe hands. Certificates available on request.
How long after the event will I receive my photos?
This varies depending on the job itself. For instance, passport photos take a matter of minutes, whereas a wedding or commercial assignment can usually take a couple of weeks. I always discuss turnaround times for each assignment and aim to deliver as soon as possible.
Do you travel?
I LOVE to travel! I am permitted to drive and park my totally practical smart car within the City of Brighton & Hove, which is a time and cost saving we can pass on to our clients. Having the car also means I can travel anywhere in the UK. Internationally, I can travel wherever your chosen destination may be. Weddings abroad are something I absolutely LOVE to do!
How do I book?
You can book by popping into the studio, emailing me, private messaging on my social media platforms, or by picking up the phone and calling 07834 912247. I am happy to help!
Do you edit your own photos?
Everything that I shoot, I edit in-house.
Do you offer videography services?
I enjoy taking photos, and I work with several fantastic videographers whom I can recommend to you depending on your requirements.
Can I see more work?
If you’d like to see more of my work in addition to that on this website, please get in touch, and I can show further examples either online or by inviting you to a viewing of my albums and prints at the studio.
Do you print on site?
I have printers on site and offer a range of sizes for you to choose from.
Our sizes include:
- passport photos (for any specification)
- 6×4 in
- 5×7 in
- 6×9 in
- 8×10 in
- 8×12 in
Any large format or canvas prints I also assist with and have great relationships with local suppliers to help you with your order at a competitive price.
How do I view my images once they've been edited?
When your photos are ready, I will send you a link to access your online gallery or invite you in to the studio for a viewing, which is a bit more traditional but makes it more of an ‘experience’, especially being able to discuss the photos and orders in person.
Studio Questions
Do you have a selection of backdrop colours to choose from?
I have a variety of backdrops that can be used for your shoot. Black, white, grey and my signature turquoise are the most popular. Please contact us for more information!
What if our group is too big for the studio?
I can comfortably fit a family in the studio. If, however, you have a larger group or extended family, I can still cater for you, fear not! I have access to a larger studio in Hove and can book this out if required.
Can I hire the studio and not your photographic services?
Yes, my studio is available for hire. Optional equipment hire is also available on request. Please contact me for more information.
Do you have parking available, or how can I get to you?
I have no dedicated parking, which isn’t unusual for a central Brighton location. However, there are disabled bays opposite the studio which can be used if needed, and the restrictions are only in place 08:00-18:00 Monday-Saturday. This means they are free to use after 18.00 on weekdays and all day on Sundays (first come, first served). Pay and display bays around the Level are available, along with the London Road Car Park, which is very close by. Failing that, I am a short roll down the hill from Brighton Station, and on the main bus routes to the London Road shops, making me very easy to get to.
Do you have disabled access?
Yes! As previously mentioned there are disabled bays opposite the studio. In addition, the studio is on the ground floor so easy to access for those with limited mobility. Failing that, I am a short roll down the hill from Brighton Station, and on the main bus routes to the London Road shops, making me very easy to get to.
